Don't Mess with Texas Beach Access - Stop TX HB 4712

Texas House Bill 4712 related to the burden of proof in a suit or administrative proceeding to establish that an area is subject to the public beach easement. It would have uncoupled public beach determination in association with line of vegetation determination.
