We have not one, but two great Earth Day events happening in Corpus Christi this Saturday, April 22nd, and we need your help!
Adopt-a-Beach Cleanup - Meet up with Chapter Co-Chair (and expert beach access advocate) Cliff Schlabach at the Padre Balli Park headquarters on North Padre Island at 8:30 am to sign up. Once everyone has signed in, our chapter will move to an area of the beach that needs a good cleaning. Bring a hat, some water to drink and sunblock. Cleanups do make a difference!
Earth Day-Bay Day event at Heritage Park - Our chapter will have a table at the event, and Chapter Co-Chair Neil McQueen need some help staffing it from 10 am-noon and 2-4 pm. There will be lots of other cool exhibits and fun activities for everyone in the family. If you're interested in helping, email
