Bad beach bills continue to be filed in the current Texas legislative session. SB 434 and HB 3114 along with other bad beach bills threaten our beach access in a number of negative ways. Your help by making phone calls is needed ASAP to let the chairmen of two legislative committees know that you oppose SB 434 and HB 3114 and any other bills that would negatively affect the public's right to access Texas beaches.
